Good suction as compered to other brands in this price
Really good chimney has all the features. Hand gesture controls are working properly. Must go for it. Looks really good. There is noise at full speed but its ok at this price point. Suction is also really good. There is installation charges. We need to find local mason if core cutting is needed not sure if everywhere its like that call crompton toll free number and make sure if you need. Installation team is ok took some time for me to assign technician nobody called after the product delivery and i had to call crompton to assign installation but found out installation team was busy and about to call me. Overall product is working properly no problem so far great crompton chimney is making really a great impression .

Bad.
Terrible experience with Crompton. The company is unable organise installation. Have to repeatedly call day after day and beg for installation (4 days now and the installation is not yet done). Crompton customer support doesn't even know if the product comes with free or paid installation. They said noone at Crompton know s about this and refused to let me speak to anyone who knows about this matter. Be very careful if you are considering Crompton. I don't think I've experienced such terrible support and service with any company in my life before this.

Good chimney but installation service was poor
Chimney is working properly and has good suction. But to schedule installation was bit headache. Had to multiple follow up before it got installed. If you are buying it in tier 3 cities then check if they had service or not before buying it

Best slant chimney under 18k rupees
Good Purchase and installation. Chimney is great in performance as it has 1800m3/hr. The 75cm variant is best for 3 burner cooktops. Motion detection is great but sometimes it lacks in detection.

Seldom does someone beat your expectation. Such was our pleasant experience having Crompton Chimney. 1. Seamless installation service. 2. Absolutely low noise. This was our biggest concern and opting for BLDC type. 3. Beat our expectations. 4. Stylist, elegant, aesthetic to your kitchen. Five star. Long live Crompton!

Very worst support from brand
Neverever buy Crompton make Chimney. This Chimney stopped working after 1 year. Product is still under warranty. Amazon asked to contact brand customer support. Support is very very worst. Even after calling several times since 10 days, no action taken. They simply give excuses and say that matter is escalated but nothing is done to rectify the Chimney. They don't give denial letter without which Amazon will not support.
