I bought this remote control for a TCL 65PF650K 4K HDR PRO Smart Fire TV as a spare, it is not compatible with this model despite it stating in the description that it’s compatible with all TCL TVs. Do not purchase this item for this model

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Do NOT buy this. It doesn’t work! Tried multiple batteries and still won’t work. Load of codswallop. Fuming - was meant to watch Shrek tonight. In bits.

Item arrived fast and well packed. After putting in several batteries the remote doesn't work. Nothing, no infa light. Not a thing. Very disappointed as this was for my elderly disabled mother who broke her remote and has been without a TV for a few days. Now she will have to wait even longer. Why are these items not tested before being sent to avoid frustration and disappointed. I guess if you buy cheep you get cheep and defective items. Lesson learnt.

I wanted a spare remote just in case anything happened to my original remote and I have to say this is perfect for the job.Because of the button positions I was a bit weary about getting this, fortunately I needn't have worried, whilst the buttons aren't in the same place as the original, they all function as they should, and give the appropriate response when pressed.If you need a replacement remote control for your television, you won't go far wrong with this.Highly recommended.
