For me, these are actually effective in dealing with sore throats and infections. Sometimes I had to take a second one, but it works. It has a good taste, doesn't have a strange aftertaste, better than other brands I tried over the years and is cheaper than many of what's available in stores.

These lozenges taste pleasant but better than that they do a great job of easing sore throats very quickly.
