Lidocaine is a plus.
I’ve used many ointments and patches for knee and elbow pain and some with lidocaine but this works better than any. I’ve also seen improvement with regular use. Love the smell and cooling effect.

Works in progress
Still a work in progress. My issue is tissue or tendon related not muscle. Feels good foing on though and pain seems to subside after use.

It helps, but it's not a great value
The lidocaine in this does help with minor aches and pains, the menthol gives you a bit of the cooling sensation but very minimal. I do like that it comes in a roll on, it makes application very easy and mess free. You can definitely get better products for a similar or cheaper price elsewhere though.
