This is an elegantly simple design for a timer. They supply 3 AAA batteries with it, so there's no built in battery or USB charging which is a potential weakness for some of us but not hard to deal with if you run rechargeable batteries for such small electronics anyway.Two switches on the back control the light from the display when it's on, and whether the alarm is muted, on or louder. The manual is so small that even with a magnifying glass I couldn't quite work out what the brightness switch does - it's something to do with how it reacts during a timing session. That's frustrating but I can read it dim or not.To set the timer, you just turn the dial, fast turns increment minutes, up to 99, and slower turns gets it down to seconds if you need. The small dot at the bottom starts and stops the countdown. But it can also start a timer if it's set to zero so you could use it as a stopwatch if that's helpful.There's reasonably strong magnets on the back, more than enough area to hold it to a metal case, or a fridge but they're no neodymium.Overall it's very well done, and really easy to operate. If you have somewhere to place it such as a pegboard it'd make a good desk timer as well as a kitchen timer. It's also going to be easy to grab from a fridge or similar having set it running to take into the living room with you.I only docked a star because the font on the manual is so small I can't properly read it even with a really good magnifying glass I have which is unhelpful.

Very clicky, which is a good thing, as it gives you good feedback as you set the timer. I find it works best for me with half brightness, and half volume. The lower volume setting can still be heard if I need to step away from the kitchen and does not trigger my dog who normally goes into high alert when she hears beeps. I like that it also comes with batteries! Some timers do not. I took off a start as it's not exactly intuitive on how to quickly reset it to zero and sometimes it doesn't switch to the seconds when I set it. These of course are probably user errors (mine) so I still recommend it as it's a nice timer in the kitchen or at your desk to stay productive.

This timer has all the usual features of such things, but is easier to use in several ways.First, the display is larger than most such timers, and the contrast is better - white on flat black.There's a magnet on the back, as well as a fold-out stand, so you can slap it on a fridge or whiteboard, or stand it up on a desk.There's only one button, that's used to start and stop the timer. Hold that button to reset to zero.How, then, do you set the start time if you want a countdown? It's not obvious to look at, but once you know it's as easy as can be: the entire outside of the round frame rotates like a dial, to count up and down as desired. Once you reach the time you need, you can click that one button to start the countdown.There is one other control switch on the back, to set the alarm volume as loud, medium, or silent.This timer takes 3 standard AAA batteries, which are included.While being slightly more expensive than other timers with similar functionality, this one looks sleeker and more modern and is somewhat more convenient to use, so may be worth the extra cost.

Había usado este temporizador en alguna actividad del trabajo, donde requiere medir tiempos y lo estaba buscando.Tienen una forma muy sencilla de establecer el tiempo , usando la rosca del lateral. Posibilidad de establecer 3 niveles de volumen y se detiene la alarma con tan solo apretarlo.Muy práctico y fácil de manipular si como en mi caso lo usas con guantes.Se ve muy bonito y espero que sea durable, aunque tiene pinta de que si lo tiras se rompe.Por ponerle una pega, se carga con 3 pilas que trae incluidas y no con un cargador o usb como se esperaría.

Timer ben realizzato, robusta costruzione, in confezione oltre al manualetto di istruzioni si trovano anche le tre batterie ministilo AA ,ovviamente non ricaricabili data l'alta autonomia del timer. Luminosità e intensità del suono son regolabili. Posteriormente due magneti consentono di incollarlo al frigo o ovunque ci sia ferro/acciaio.-La regolazione dell'orario avviene semplicemente ruotando l'anello perimetrale, il tempo sale e scende in maniera proporzionale. Quando avete impostato i minuti e i secondi necessari, è sufficiente cliccare sul display ed il timer si avvia. Per resettare l'operazione, basta tenere premuto il display per pochi secondi. E' molto intuitivo, a prova di anziani, che sono quelli che più incontrano difficoltà con questi apparecchi.-Acquisto sicuramente consigliato, ottimo per la cucina, sebbene il prezzo di una ventina di euro possa apparire leggermente eccessivo.
