Worthless product, totally fake plastic, looks like kids toy. No moisture to it so like sucking on a stick. No help what so ever. Would not buy again.

These work for me. If you are looking for a nicotine replacement, these are not for you. If you are just looking for an action that mimics smoking to keep you from actually smoking, these work great. That's always been the downfall for me when trying to quit. These take the place of that action and so have been effective for me. Very reasonably priced. The "flavor" is not a cigarette flavor but not unpleasant. It doesn't last very long but again, my main goal is to have the mimic of a cigarette in my hand to draw on and in that respect, it's a great product.

I bought these for my dad after his stroke, per doctor's orders to quit smoking. He keeps trying to get it to "do" something to no avail. Essentially, it appears to be a glorified straw. If all you need is something to put in your mouth, this might suffice, but he wanted something with at least a flavour to suggest he was inhaling something.

If you use this outside, on a cold enough day, you can almost trick yourself into thinking you are smoking an ultra-light cigarette... It's good for those of us who need to feel the action of smoking. Also, these things last a long time... 15-30 hours each... they look similar to a real cigarette and they don't taste too bad... so the way I see it, I'm saving money, I'm saving my health and my clothes aren't stinking quite as bad... Try it!
