Loved this purchase. Very strong blower with a great little engine. It spools up like a turbine engine and blows well enough to force you to move it from left to right hands to ease the strain (that's good, you want the strongest blower you can afford).It's strong enough to wear you out if you work it as long as I did. I like the low setting as well....that would be good for older people who might be overwhelmed with the continuous push in the opposite direction of the nosel. For older users, it has a lower setting that worked rather well. Using both settings allows you to push debris around then push it several feet away. It will push wet caked layers of leaves from last fall that made our patio garden a mess.A big difference with the 9 amp motor compared to what I was using from the past (old 6 amp tired motor). This turbine jet powered machine was a popular toy for my family who all had to take a shot at riding this bucking bronco (that's how much push you get from it). At the high speed setting, your hand and forearm muscles will get tired if you work it long enough like I did. I thought I was in reasonable shape, but got a little soreness from using it due to it's power): that's a good thing...you want a light blower that is powerful.I cleaned up alot of caked on wet leaves from last fall, real quick. If you're serious about moving debris.....this is all you need to buy. You don't need to spend more for anything more powerful.I was curious about a 40v battery powered blower that my mother was excited to use, but this really cannot be beat. I am quite pleased with this product, and even abused it with a drop from 4 ft...with no damage to the blower.I can enthusiastically recommend this blower. At this price point, I doubt if there is a lighter and more powerful blower out there.Frankly....I wouldn't want a stronger blower or bigger engine. 9 amps is all it takes. I had a real dirty job with caked on layers of mulchy leaves from last fall, and this thing blew the debris easily from every fence and corner. It was a real surprise and godsend. Our patio garden was just caked with dead wet leaves, and this thing cleared out everything all the way down to the top soil.It made my job a whole lot easier. If you got a cheap 6 amp blower from long ago, you'll be quite surprised at how well this spools up with jet turbine like competence.

The BLACK+DECKER BEBL750 Electric Blower arrived by Amazon delivery early, as usual.Easy two piece assembly with chute attachment to leaf blower motor housing.Very impressed with the 2 spd volume/velocity.Compact, light and very easy to work with compared to heavier battery models, the trailing chord does not present any problems if you have a system leading for trailing the cord. (I hold the 150' chord from blower in one hand and the rest over the shoulder behind the back.Used to blow wet cedar edgings/leaves and dirt collected on sloped driveway makes the chore very easy. Roughly 15 minutes from start to finish on a 165' driveway, including 100' walkway.Again, the value/price for this leaf blower is exceptional. Compact dirt/leaves/moss seedings pressed on asphalt driveway is blown away effortlessly with the built in scraper.Used the nybr's $380 leaf blower a few times and found it heavy after a few minutes, switching from left to right hands. Could have used a shoulder strap setup.Anyways, this BLACK+DECKER BEBL750 Electric Blower literally 'blows away' the more expensive battery leaf blowers. Don't let the low price concern you purchase decision. This is a very good investment and highly recommended.Cheers.*UPDATE: A 20 hour snowstorm yesterday left 14 in plus of light fresh snow. Reading very positive leaf blowing/snow blowing comments decided to attempt to clear snow accumaltions every 4-5 inches. Less effort than shoveling and almost half the time clearing a pavement visible path, 2 feet wide and a uphill slope.The snowshovel is now retired after many years of faithful service.Cheers.

I have purchased a Black and Decker yard blower from Amazon a few years back, it was the smaller one. That smaller blower worked really well, and it was light enough for m y wife to handle it. This one is a heavier, and the additional power is incredible. You don't need anything bigger for a residential home. These blowers are getting really expensive and the big box stores are charging twice as much, if you can find one that's not cordless. They love selling cordless, because they keep selling batteries. Do not buy a battery yard blower, you will regret it. I am really happy with this blower, hi-low setting is all you need, and I know it will last for for several years.Roy R - Las Vegas
