Gave me a gentle push. I still drink a light coffee after an hour, with no overdose side effects. Takes 30 - 45 minutes for a 100% reaction, with a full stomach. My wife tried in an empty stomach with a big glass of water and reacted faster. I would prefer it to be stronger.

Its ok but I have to take 2 pill to work on my im working 12 hours per day so I needed but im still feeling sleepy

Stronger than the main market brand (so only take one) and very good value. They do work very well so only take them early in the day or you may have trouble sleeping.
