Don’t mind the battery level in the video I took it out the box and had to try it before I charged the battery properly!! So let’s talk about this product… first I am a hookah connoisseur so I am very critical lol!! I’ve tried other ehookah devices and was left unimpressed and was quite disappointed. This ehookah met and exceeded all of my expectations!! I bought this for a yacht party since traditional hookahs are typically frowned upon due to the burn risks and let me tell you it was worth Every PENNY! It is very sturdy I was not concerned about it breaking easily and the device is well built.. it is the SIMPLEST EHOOKAH TO OPERATE!! No long set up, no heating coals, NO EXTRA DEVICES NEEDED TO START THE SMOKE IT’S READY TO GO! 5 clicks turns it on and 3 clicks gets it to start heating!! The heating is SPOT ON 5 MINUTES AND IT’S READY TO GO!! The heat was consistent, and evenly distributed! My shisha brand is eternal smoke AND it did not DISAPPOINT! The clouds were thick and the experience was BETTER THAN A TRADITIONAL HOOKAH! The set up and break down is so simple I could not ask for more! It is compact but big enough to be a statement piece without the unnecessary bulk. The carrying case makes it the PERFECT TRAVEL FULL SIZE DEVICE! It’s operates as it states in the manual without question and you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to operate it! Other e hookahs are disappointing due to the limited varieties of eliquids and trying to refill pods is a headache. Being able to use My own favorite shisha was the game changer for me.. I reached out to customer service to purchase an additional battery and pods just because I like to be overly prepared since you have to charge the battery but long story short 10/10!!! No this is not a paid advertisement I just want someone else to know it’s worth the investment!! 😎

I'm enjoying the clouds and the clean taste of the shisha. The unit is sleek and classy, looks great on the mantle. It heats up fast maintains a charge for an hour. Only drawback is the small canister, but you get 2!!!!Highly recommended.

Excellent and well designed hookah providing a smooth smoking experience with a battery life in excess of 3 hours. I love that I can use my own tobacco and regulate the temperature to my liking. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a charcoal free hookah experience.

I never write reviews, but this was worth it. It will change your hookah experience for life!! No more coals, foils, mess! My experience is leave it on automatic, it heats to the perfect temp and cools down when you aren’t smoking. The clouds are larger than with any hookah I’ve ever smoked. I am so looking forward to taking this little guy on trips! I even bought a second. So worth the money!!

Very good hookah. The battery life is not good. The heat level is not bad.

The ehooke is not holding the heat to the set temperature. It reaches 520 and then drops like it is not in use. Keeps falling always. I don’t know what to do.

I highly recommend this hookah. I did have a minor issue that was quickly resolved thanks to Artur and his team. Now it is working better than ever and I couldn’t be happier.

Product was worth every penny the first 29 days of purchase. On the 30th day, it lost its inability to heat the shisha. Now it’s giving me an error message to check atomizer. Everything I’ve researched said there’s no way to check atomizer. Unable to return after 30 days of purchase. Otherwise, I was in love with the product.
