So far, so good. Got this at a good price and it seems to work really well. Good quality, I like the variable temp settings; beverages stay piping hot until the end. The buttons are very sensitive so care needs to be taken that it doesn't turn on by accident.

Works very well! I bought a separate one for another room. It maintains heat effectively, has different temp settings to suit various teas and coffee, has adjustable timer and auto shut off, and it doesn’t look out of place in the rooms. This was one of those “Why didn’t I buy this sooner” purchases. No more room-temperature teas! Would make a great gift for any tea/coffee drinker.

I have had several other mug warmers in the past and this is the best one ever. It doesn't just keep you beverage warm, but hot. The 4 different temperature settings help with this. It also has a timer that you can set, in case you forget to turn it off. It is very nice looking. The only bad thing I can say is that it operates by touch and it is very sensitive. So, it probably could be turned on by accident. I would definitely buy this again.

The highest‑temperature setting works great, and it’s super convenient for long workdays. Simple to use, dependable, and definitely worth it. I love it!

Works well and we love the off timer and temp option. Sets off the table about 3/16” on rubber feet but still gets the table top warm. I added a 3/8” wood plate below the feet to eliminate the heat transfer.
