Kimber PepperBlaster 3 - Red

All you really need to know os this is from Kimber. They make outstanding products. This is so much better than canned mace. First it lasts for years and always works, unlike bottled/canned sprays that only last about a year. Next it is easy to carry and now comes with an attached belt clip, its like a small kids squirt gun in size and operability. The most impressive features are the speed it deploys and accuracy. It works on people and animals.

My wife and I have several of these Kimbers and replace them every few years. (They fit a pocket well for the seedy parking lots that one occasionally might encounter.) I tried this NEAR a relative, who wished to see it in use, and she coughed her brains out and eyes watered for 20 minutes, although she was 3 or 4 feet away! Worth having and much safer than guns, I think!

We chose this pepper spray because of the size and shape, which fits easily in the pants pocket. It also has a clip which can hang from the waist of belt. Seems easy to use and states that it sprays a long distance.

Awesome product for a woman to keep in a car door, if it's a woman's hand very well!

These are small, lightweight, and presumably effective for up close protection. I tried an outdated one outside a couple years ago. The stream is concentrated and does go out a dozen feet or so. A second "shot" is immediately possible with a second trigger pull. Accidental discharge must be very unlikely. I assume they would stain clothing. A little peace of mind for a relatively low price. There are inexpensive leather cases available; I suggest a thin elastic band to keep it in that pocket. I think the extra friction of the leather could help reduce the risk of losing it. I could see someone thinking they are a toy, so proceed accordingly.

The Kimber PepperBlaster 3 is an excellent self-defense option. It’s compact, lightweight, and very easy to carry discreetly. The design feels solid and reliable, and the quick, direct spray gives real peace of mind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an effective and simple personal protection tool.

I have owned the PepperBlaster 2 for several years. When my last one expired, I ordered a replacement only to find out they are now called PepperBlaster 3. The difference is that the current model has a clip on the right-hand side of the pistol. It appears to be for the purpose of keeping the handle more accessible in a right front pocket that the clip attaches to. That’s great if you are right-handed. The clip is not usable if you keep the pistol in your left front pocket. The clip is not tight so it depends on the weight of the pistol to keep it securely inside a pocket. If I were left-handed, I guess I would clip it onto a belt and then conceal it with an untucked shirt. But a lot of people don’t always wear a bel. I do wish the company offered the option of having the clip on one side or the other at time of ordering.

Compact and very easy to conceal when walking. Kimber has a great reputation as well
