New baffle bar and blade assembly for the Hobart HCM-300. Manufactured from food grade stainless steel material. Precision TIG welded for OEM quality and fitment. The handle is made from aircraft grade aluminum for long term durability. Precision CNC machined for a perfect fitment and clamping force. Includes a fine adjustment set screw.
