I use this for torso lymphedema a size smaller for more compression, so far it is doing what I hoped it would do and that is to compress accumulating fluid. The design is good and also provides a back brace like quality so I'm getting two birds with one stone. The product is sturdy and does stretch but not much, there are no metal stays to this garment. For the price it was a good buy! It is stable, and does not roll up. Definitely a good choice. I also will stick this under my shirt with a tank top to prevent chafing.

Size up!!!! This runs small. I measured to make sure it fit and it almost didn't close. So size up. I'm keeping mine for when I'm smaller. But I can't emphasize more to please size up if you're needing it now. I measured 44 in so it should have fit just fine but it almost wouldn't close and the velcro barely would catch. So again size up size up size up!

I started wearing these after I had to do a skin removal after massive weight loss. The hospital gave me a binder that was good enough while I was healing. Now that the suture area and the drains are out. I wanted something a little bit more of support and didn’t look medically. The support not only for the stomach area but also for the back is phenomenal. I feel comfortable because I also work on an ambulance so I have functionality and support. The cost of the binder is reasonable and very good quality.

I bought the Abdominal Binder for my wife post abdominal ventral hernia surgery, and it has been a very helpful tool to stabilize that area. The binder is very supportive and made of comfortable materials which allows her to wear it during her 12 hours shift. the extra elastic that comes from the back help to hold it in position, we have bought other binders that hardly offer the same support as this one does. This binder not only supports my front area ... but also provides relief for my lower back pain after standing for so long. I strongly recommend this Binder to anyone in need of abdominal or back support.

I bought this as an alternative to the abdominal binder given by the hospital after my panniculectomy and abdominoplasty. This was great as far as comfort again my skin and I liked that you could make it nice and tight with the additional stretchy velcro. However, I have a longer torso and need this to cover my entire abdomen and also my hips a bit but this would not cover everything I needed it to.
