Wonderful but expensive
These work amazingly for the overnight "weetabix" cheesecake breakfast recipes but they're so overpriced. Without anything added to them (I.e. milk, toppings) they do taste a bit like playdoh. Definitely use with milk and either let them sit for a bit or warm them up to get rid of that playdoh taste.

When went on holiday see everybody eating wheatbix I just fruit and yought againSo when return back all family eating wheatbix So felt left out order Gluten freeWeatbix but £7 because say GLUTEN free was too expensive

Filling, no gluten or lectins, quick to prepare
I did not buy my "test" packet on amazon to try this out but in a high street supermarket where it was about the same price as here.Very quick preparation - I found one biscuit only per serving was enough; cut it with Hazelnut milk, Coconut milk or (blanched) Almond milk.Sorghum supposedly has no lectins and the ingredients listed on the carton do not suggest any obvious reason to think any present.Filling, and no oat porridge or wheat based breakfast cereal stomach churning effects.
