i think it is doing what it should tastes great like bottled water on the shelves, i'm just kind of concerned on the amount of water i throw out, realizing it is such a compact machine and hear just how much it works trudging along to press that water through the filters is making all our lives much more complete and for what we paid for this machine i'm sure the bigger the unit less water waste and much more water but much more advanced and price of those units must be way high, but until the kitchen is remodeled our house members and pet members are completely satisfied. i'd highly advise people with water doubts to get one here in hawaii water safety rating is pretty good but they do add fluoride, minerals etc now i have control over creating that alkalinity or adding what i feel we need. this is an eye opener for us! no more plastic bottle waste and increasing water intake cause the water tastes so good and refreshing! ty!

Love this filter. It does what it's supposed to. It's for 2 to 3 people if you have more people living at home it might be annoying to filter a lot of water but I like it for the price and because it is functional which is just filtering water. It's a great option for this price since other reverse osmosis filters are so pricey. I like that this one adds minerals to the water.

Good luck finding replacement filters for this product. They’ve been sold out for over six months, and customer service has been little help. When I first reached out, I was told to keep using my water filter since the RO filter was still good, but there was no estimated restock date. A few weeks later, I followed up, explaining that I wanted to keep using my machine properly. A representative kindly offered to send replacement filters from their warehouse free of charge, considering the inconvenience and the fact that I have small children drinking from the machine. I even received a confirmation call that the PPC and C filters would be sent—but when the package arrived, it contained only a PPC filter that wasn’t even compatible with the T1 Lite model. When I called back to resolve the issue, I was told they would look into it, but I never received a follow-up, email, or replacement. On top of that, my machine began leaking from the bottom, causing water buildup on my counter. Since it was still within the warranty period, they eventually agreed to send a new unit—but only after I sent several videos and emails proving the issue. While the replacement unit came with the correct filters, I’m now two months in and still unable to find replacements anywhere. Unfortunately, I’ll be switching to a brand that reliably provides the filters and support customers pay for.

We have terrible water where we live, so I wanted to try this counter top purifier. It is well worth the price. Instructions are easy to follow and it also came with a pH water pitcher. The panel is very user friendly and shows the ppm for the water you use before and after it is filtered. The water tastes great! I know that water is supposed to be tasteless, but our sink water definitely has a taste. But this filter truly purifies it. The unit itself is the perfect size. We are thinking about buying another unit for our work office.

I love this filter! It’s effective and compact. The one downside I will say is that I constantly have to fill when the water reserve runs down. Besides that it would have been five stars.

I can taste quality in the water, which is great and most important. The biggest drawback, especially for big water drinkers, which is the majority of people who purchase a device like this; is that you will have to refill it a minimum of 5 times a day just to drink your daily water intake. It’s exhausting, because after you refill it, you need to wait 2-5 minutes for the water to filter. So if you’re an avid later drinker, you have to refill before your thirst level hits high. It also makes random noises, even when it’s not filtering. I wish I could get a refund, but I discovered these issues only after using. If you have more money to spend on these water filters, I suggest finding one with a higher water capacity, even though this amount seemed decent.

This is a very compact and easy to use water filtration system. The setup instructions are easy to follow, a step-by-step guide is included. The water tasted great, controls are easy to use, the waste water is minimal. However, after the first few uses the content of the entire refill tank leaked over the counter, into the drawers, and over the floor. we thought maybe we put the tank in wrong, so simply refilled it and super-carefully placed it back into its spot. The same thing happened. I contacted support. They responded super-fast via email with a list of potential problems/solutions. We tried all of the suggestions given. After having the kitchen flood several more times we narrowed it down to the floater in the internal tank not working, which means the unit continued to filter water into that internal tank even so it was full, which lead to it overflowing. Initially it looked as if we found the problem and fixed it... Until a few refills later the same thing happened again. We got the it to work again only to have the same thing happen again after a couple of refills. Unfortunately the unit appeared faulty and unfortunately had to return it. The water tasted great and this is a great price, however since this was such a hassle and mess to continuously clean up we decided go with a different unit. Still would recommend this unit and give it 5 stars for the ease of use, price, and great taste, but our particular unit was faulty.
