Useless And unsafe for youths
The product is not suitable or safe for youths and really does not provide any useful training. I contacted the seller for a refund and it was denied.

knock off product (not a pitcher power drive)
this is a knock off product of the Pitchers Power Drive, it does not teach pitchers to lead with their hips but push in to the ground due to the springs. Buy the Pitchers Power Dive you will be happy.
