Wolffepack Capture, Award Winning Design, Camera Backpack 26L

(I preordered the backpack through the Wolffpack website and received it earlier this year)Cool backpack and convenient...when it works. It's easy to release and swing around to the front, I love using it when I go do photo shoots, but drawing it back up has proven to be an issue. About 80% of the time it won't reset when pulled back into the normal position. Also, I was unimpressed with the overall quality of the backpack. After only a couple months the zippers began to fray/fall apart and the magnet which holds the release trigger to the strap just fell off. Overall, I'm not sure it is worth $250, but it is a decent backpack.

I love this bag! First of all, the customer service is superb. Excellent communication, and very accommodating! The bag looks great, seems to be very well made. I got this to be a travel bag, not just a camera bag. My favorite feature (besides the orbital feature) is the two-story access - no need to dig arms length through the entire bag! I highly recommend this multipurpose bag, and this company!

Good idea, but pretty much useless if you have 3 lenses. I have a 75-300mm, a kit lense abs one prime lens. And a Canon 6D. That's it. Even these don't fit. On top of that, the sling mechanism needs far too much efforts to be of any use with just the weight of the kit above and a laptop. The hooks keep hooking everywhere while pulling the bag back up. And it didn't latch after a couple of tests with load.

good looking bag but this does not work for me.my standard cannon 60D and extra lens does not fit in the camera pad. the lid would not close.the red handle often dialoged and flapped aroundwith the camera in the bag it was much too heavy to pull up easily and when it was pulled up it did not engage often.i ended up using this bag as a regular bag which i could have purchased for less than half the price.regretful purchase.

I have used a capture bag successfully for 2 years and then the release cord broke in the release handle. The red button is no longer connected to the release cord. Wolffepack will not respond to me about getting the bag fixed. Their phone number is not active and they will not respond to my emails. So, their lifetime warranty is worthless. I would not buy this bag again at least not from Wolffepack.

Muss vorwegsagen, dass ich den Rucksack nur 2 Tage getestet hab und deswegen keine Langzeit Erfahrungen geben kann.Leider arbeitet das System zum Ablassen besser gesagt hochziehen sehr unzuverlässig.Das entriegeln und herab lassen funktionier gut, aber das hochziehen und einrasten haben große Probleme.- Position für den Handgriffe ist unvorteilhaft, wenn der Rucksack beladen ist. Mann hier kaum die Kraft aufbringen, um das System wieder anzuheben. (Beladen war es mit einer Mavic Air + Fernbedienung, 2 DLR-Kameras (Panasonic DMC-G5) und ein 13"MacbookPro / die Kabel und Zusatzakkus hatte ich noch gar nicht mit drin)- Das Einrasten / arretieren in der oberen Position funktioniert in 1 von 10 Fällen. Einmal hab ich fast 5 min benötigt.(Es sieht sehr lustig aus, wenn man in der Gegend rumsteht und einen ein Rucksack am Rücken immer wieder hoch und runterfährt.- Leider ist das System von der Handhabung darauf ausgelegt das man ihn immer vollständig aufschulter, wenn man nur einen Riemen nimmt, ist die Zugänglichkeit schlechter als bei einem normalen Rucksack.- noch eine kleiner Kritikpunkt Ist die Zugänglichkeit der unteren hälfte des Rucksackes, weil hierzu das vordere Fach nahezu immer fast Komplet geöffnet werden muss.(Ist allerdings ja bereits auf den Bildern vom Hersteller zusehn, dass es hier keinen anderen Zugang gibt)- Positiv Ist zu erwähnen, das die Verarbeitung super Ist und er sehr Form stabil Ist und dadurch einen guten Schutz für den Inhalt gibt.Werd ihn zurückgeben und auf einen anderen Rucksack wechseln, weil die oben genannten Probleme scheinbar kein Einzelfall sind, wie ich nun nach einer genaueren Internetsuche feststellen muste.

Officially a photography bag, but as a freelance developer I've bought it to be my portable 'office'. Easily fits my laptop, portable monitor, mouse all associated chargers and cables, as well as my stationery kit and make-up/first-aid kit plus other bits and bobs.I needed a new bag as my old one had little support and was killing my back - this is very comfortable and doesn't pull down. Easy access once you get the hang of how to release it (doesn't take long to get it), and great on the tube.My only minus point is that as a female, the sternum strap is too short - could do with a longer strap.
