When you get this product, it will come folded in quarters. It will take some time being open before the creases are gone. Also, it is hard to tell the actual shade of "navy" as so many different hues are labeled as navy.

The quality and the materials of the hat was cheaply made . Not of good quality the hat was folded and has permanent cresses in it. The hat was for a special occasion and I couldn’t wear it.

The item was folded and now has creases and the form is not firm.

I did not like the packaging. The hat came folded therefore the fold lines are in it. Other than that it's a really lovely hat.

Really nice, just wish it came unfolded. I am still trying to figure out how to get the tight creases to smooth out as it came folded in a flat envelope.

This is an awful looking hat it looks nothing like what is shown the shipped presentation is horrible it came folded in an envelope.
