Very nice shower head .. how often we replace the filter ? Where can I get the filter to replace

The pictures of the product are deceiving as it does not come with any filter. The picture with the breakdown of the items in the box is false. It does not come with any tape/ filter/ equipment that is shown. It’s a cardboard box with JUST the square shower head. Nothing more. I had to buy the filter additionally after the shower got delivered. Turns out, the filter shown in the picture(which I bought seperately) is not even compatible with this shower. So if you’re looking to buy a shower with water softening filter, do not bother to buy this. If you request for a refund, the seller rejects it and is not contactable through amazon.

Déçu Impossible d’ouvrir pour installer ou nettoyer le filtre Sinon eau fine et douce jusqu’à ce que le filtre ne fonctionne plus Même avec un étau j’ai pas pu le dévisser

Worked well pressure wise but after a few days it started to rust on the top which then transferred to staining my shower floor.

Unfortunately, bought a few and ended up replacing them, it doesn’t work
