I have purchased this item twice and am happy with using it on my body. It is gentle, but effective for relieving itching and dry skin.

As a dog groomer in MN this has been a life saver for my hands. Bonus I’ve tried it on my face as well and it seems to help with my rosacea too. It’s unscented and doesn’t feel too greasy. I put on a good lather at night and don’t need gloves over it to see great improvement after one use.

I have psoriasis that luckily doesn’t appear often or a lot. For the past few years I’ve had a patch of flaky and red skin across three of my knuckles that I have ignored since I can’t afford to get to a dermatologist. I found DermaCalm SOS Therapy and read up on it, deciding to give it a try and I am very pleased to see that in less than a week the flakes were gone leaving only the red, then that was gone too. I have to say that my psoriasis isn’t an extreme case but it’s worked great for me. I’m so happy that I tried it and have started using it for something else on my leg.

Edit: updated stars from 2 to 4 because of customer service. Originally I gave a generous 2. See to the update. I developed a very itchy spot on my neck that would not go away. The itch was so bad I started pouring over products on Amazon for eczema and reading reviews. I finally decided on this stuff and have been using it for over two weeks, and the itching has only gotten worse and I now have a red, scaly patch. It does absolutely nothing to sooth the itching. I’m being generous and giving it 2 stars, because it does actually feel nice as a regular lotion. But it’s marketed for relief from itchy skin and eczema, and it did nothing for me. It definitely is not worth the price tag. Unfortunately, it can’t be returned, so I now have some very expensive, regular old lotion. UPDATE: I was contacted by the company very soon after this review, and they said they wanted to make things right. After responding to their inquiry, within a day they responded saying they would offer a full refund. They didn’t ask for a modified review (which is what I was expecting) they just said they want the best for their customers and stand by their product. To me that gives them an automatic 2+ stars, even if the product didn’t work for me personally.

I am absolutely in love with this product. It has cleared scaly skin i have had for years. I will never buy another product, only this one. I also love that it comes with the little travel packets, I gave those to friends who suffer and they are believers as well. Thank you for giving me my skin back. I feel like a baby seal for the first time in my life I love touching my skin.

Unfortunately I am in the small percentage of people that can’t use this product. I am so disappointed I was really hoping it would work. It left blisters where I did a test patch. Trying to return this product but it keeps telling me I can’t . It also states it’s eligible for refund until 9/20. Hopefully I can get this issue take care of . Please note that everyone is different and just because I wasn’t able to use it doesn’t mean it’s a bad product.

This stuff saved my skin. The dermatologist and eye doc couldn’t figure out what was going on with my skin and this stuff calmed everything down.

Use it everyday. It works.

Keeps skin moisturized, especially if you are prone to cuticle tears. Even better when combined with a glove at night.

I don’t normally review but i’m about to re-order for the third time so I figure why not. I have dry skin but particularly on my face due to medication I take, usual skin changes as I approach my 30s, damage skin barrier, and a really dry work environment. THIS STUFF IS AMAZING. It’s thick but not greasy. Most hydrating products I’ve tried from drugstore to Sephora that’s suppose to help with dryness usually resulted in either making my makeup pill or making my makeup patchy. I put this stuff on and within minutes, it’s absorbed and I can put my makeup on. No pilling or patchiness. I’m pretty heavy handed with it and still it drys so quickly. I was starting to worry that my skin just wouldn’t absorb products due to a damaged skin barrier but no problems with this stuff. Also I have sensitive skin and can’t wear any cream that’s scented, and I have never had any issues with this stuff. No stinging, burning, redness, tightness, clogged pores. I’m so happy I found this product. I wasted a lot of money on my way to finally finding this moisturizer

Update: Forget about it. This stuff is quite pricey yet you can find a pharmacy brand for way cheaper in larger quantity that'll last you longer. This bottle didn't even last us a season. My teen suffers from annoying eczema. It comes and goes and every time it rears its ugly head, it's a nightmare! I've done extensive research and wore myself out trying to help my child. So based on the reviews I thought why not give this a shot since I've tried every other cream sold for eczema suffers. My daughter currently has red, inflamed eczema patches on her hands. We put this cream on the affected areas and noticed that the redness went down just a tiny bit. The following morning her eczema was no longer red and angry but still there. But then something triggered her eczema and it started going red all over again. So keep in mind that the cream will reduce the itchy and burning sensation, it will reduce the redness but if there are triggers such as dust mite, pet dander, food such as dairy in my daughter's case, then the effort to suppress it will go down the drain. The cream is not a cure. Unfortunately eczema sufferers will have to live with it for the rest of their lives. The only way to get rid of eczema is by avoiding triggers and keeping your skin moisturized. We tried a dozen different creams for her eczema. Nothing helped like this cream has. If your child suffers from eczema, this cream is very light, non-greasy and has no scent at all. The ingredients are safe even for your baby. There are travel sized sachet of the cream. So it's perfect for when your kid goes to school and has an attack they could simply use this to keep it under control, at least the itchy and burning sensation.
