Why do the 860nm Near-Infrared LEDs look dark/unlit? How can I test them?

Don’t worry, all LEDs work at full power! 860nm NIR light is invisible to human eyes. To Test: Turn off 660nm red light and activate 860nm mode only. View pad through your phone camera—860nm LEDs will glow soft purple/pink on screen.

How do I know which red light therapy product is most effective among so many options?

Efficacy depends on wavelength precision, not LED count. While basic 3528 LEDs degrade from heat, our High-Power 5050 SMD LEDs deliver stable 660nm/850nm waves with near-zero decay, high irradiance, and 100% full-body immersion, zero blind spots.

What benefits can I expect from Red Light & Near-Infrared Therapy?

Working at a cellular level, our high-irradiance 660nm & 860nm light therapy revitalizes your body: it relieves joint stiffness, soothes sore muscles, accelerates recovery, boosts blood circulation, and eases daily fatigue for restorative rest.

How often should I use it, and when can I expect results?

We recommend use 15–30 mins/session, 3–5 times weekly. RLT boosts ATP in 5 mins, peaking 3–6 hrs post-treatment and lasting 24+ hrs. In 1–2 weeks, users notice deep muscle relaxation, temporary pain relief, and reduced joint stiffness.
