Great Quality and Price
I have switched from using highly inflammatory seed oils to using animal based fats for sauteing. This duck fat has a high flash point and adds a great depth of flavor to foods. The price is perfect and this company ships quickly. A+++

Yummy meals!
We've switched over to beef tallow from unhealthy GMO cooking oils. This adds a truly delicious flavor to meals and is very healthy (do some research). It seems a bit expensive but it's worth it for the flavor and health benefits!

Love the Tub, good quality Tallow. I use it on brisket, and a few other things. Price is better than any of the other quality tallows.

Heavenly flavor. Well filtered and high quality. One star removed because the price point is so high.A more "comfortable" price point that would be 'fair' is around $16.

Dominates vegetable oil!!
Makes all my fried foods taste much better than vegetable oil. This dominates vegetable oils, which are terrible for you. Season your pan with this, cook just about any food with this. Anywhere it’s says “ Vegetable oil “ replace it with tallow. If you already cook your food with vegetable oil ( no vegetables in it ) then replace it with tallow, much better for you & no greasy food.

Not fresh.
The expiration date was six months if frozen. When it arrived, there was only one month left of that date.
