A great guide to make great food!
As a lover of Chinese food, I was keen to get my hands on a cookbook to try making the food myself. I'm not a great cook, so naturally I am cautious when it comes to purchasing a such books. However I noticed there was a foreward by Ken Hom, - essentially thishad his endorsement, so I decided to purchase. I am really glad I made that decision. I find that the instructions are easy to follow - which is absolutely vital when it comes to novice cooks like myself. I've tried a few of the recipees so far in the book and they have been successful! My dinner guests loved them too. Can't wait to try out more of them!

Great Place to Start
Only tried a few things in this so far and although I am already competent in Dim Sum this has given me some new tools. Would have loved to have had this when I first attempted so it would be great for a beginner.

YUMMY! Lovely book!
I received this book very quickly and leafing the pages made my mouth water! I love the photo's, the instructions and the little snippets of history from the writers, it made it very personal :)I picked an easier recipe to start with, the chicken noodle soup went down a treat! The I tried a couple of the dumplings, and although I was pretty daunted, it actually made it very easy to do!Can't wait to try to some more!!!

I love Dim Sum!
I really like this book and have been trying some of the recipes. I gave it four stars because some of teh ingredients are very difficult to find.

Well worth the money for choice ideas related to Chinese cooking of dim sum. Love it

Yummy
What’s not to like for 1p! That aside, I have already tried several of the recipes, with some success. Simply laid out & easy to follow recipes.

Brilliant cookbook
I have already tried several of these recipes with great success. An authentic Chinese flavour without too much messing about. It is easier to prepare the prawn and other pastes the night before as they are better when 'rested'.
