Unfortunately when order arrived one of the lights did not work. I contacted the seller and they immediately replaced with a new one. This one works perfectly.

This is super cute. I purchased this for my 6 year old. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on the collector ones, which is what he wanted (I couldn't justify spending nearly $300 for something he might possibly break!). This was a great alternative. It comes apart also so he has 2 individual pieces of he wants. A little flimsy, but GREAT for the overall price. Plus if he breaks it, I don't mind paying for a new one !

At first, we were sent the wrong color which their customer service quickly resolved. I initially ordered this as a part of my son’s Halloween costume. It lasted exactly one evening of trick-or-treating before it was busted and in pieces. It was cool in the dark, but the quality overall is lacking for the price. I can’t comment on battery life or functionality, as it broke so quickly.

Worked as described but product is very thin and light. Not something that will hold up to rowdy boys playing.

For what it is, it's a fun toy. If your child swings this around like a baseball bat, it won't last more than a few minutes. Even if they don't this is not a toy built to last much longer than the life of the batteries. When one stopped working after a couple days, I was able to repair it. So they are simple to work on.The whole double light saber design made it a much more fun toy than had it just been a single light saber.

I'm pretty sure I've reviewed this before, but didn't mind doing it again since my two boys loved this lightsaber! They actually each kept a section, so give them each their own lightsaber, and we took these with us to Hollywood Studios with them dressed as Jedi (and, yes, I ended up carrying the lightsabers for most of the day, lol). Great lightsabers at a great price!

I was surprised to hear it makes noises! This works as a double sided weapon or 2 light sabers. Purchased to complete a costume.

I bought this (twice, actually!) for my 8-year old grandson who is really into Star Wars and light sabers. I had been forewarned through the reviews that it was not of good quality, so I knew going in what I could expect. However, at this cheap price, I couldn't resist. The sound didn't bother him...he loved it because 2 swords could be put together as one or taken apart and played with separately. However, he'd only had the first one a couple of days when he was "twirling" it as they do on Star Wars, dropped it, and it broke and would no longer fit together. Because of the low price, I ordered another, knowing the same thing would again happen, and sure enough, when dropped the first time, the cheap plastic that connects the two broke to where the two couldn't be connected again. This time he was so disappointed that he put them up and said he didn't want to play with them anymore, even though he could have played with the individual swords. (The second time they broke, the light stopped working in one of the sabers. However, he was still left with 3 "workable" light sabers.) It was a lot of fun for him while it lasted, but don't expect them to last for long!
