For the price it seems very nice quality and very sturdy. Pretty easy to put together and the instructions were a little unclear at times but still easy enough especially with 2 people. Bed makes absolutely no noise and seems like a better quality than I expected. With a box spring, your mattress sits pretty high on this frame and the headboard may see kind of low, but still works just fine.

I purchased this bed frame because I had a great experience with Zinus products in the past, but this was a complete disappointment. The quality has dropped significantly. Zinus was once known for its well-designed packaging, ease of assembly, and sturdy products—this was the opposite. The frame feels flimsy and fragile, and the instructions were a nightmare. They were out of order, hard to follow, and referenced parts using letters while the actual parts were labeled with numbers. Since some pieces are mirrored for left and right sides, this made assembly even more confusing and time-consuming. The biggest letdown was the backrest. It’s nothing more than a thin wooden plank with no real support. I even heard cracking noises while tightening the screws, which makes me doubt the durability of this frame. After spending so much time assembling it, returning it isn’t even an option. I expected better from Zinus, but this was a frustrating waste of time and money.

Considering the price, this bed frame is surprisingly good. I did not need anything fancy, just something very basic for a commuter apartment. Assembly initially looked daunting with lots of pieces, but it was not nearly as bad as expected. Following the instructions from start to finish that took no more than an hour. The frame is stable and looks perfectly aok. No regrets on this purchase.

I was a bit worried about purchasing a bed frame on Amazon and especially one of this price but I could not be happier with it. I put it together myself in about an hour and I was impressed with the ease of it. Came with the tools I needed and was all clearly marked. It is so sturdy and the headboard is so nice. It's just what I wanted. I am using it in a spare room for grandkids but I have slept in it a few times and there is no creaking or wobbling. I am super impressed with it and would highly recommend. and you cannot beat the price. Nice nice quality

I have just assembled the bed frame. The product quality is not the best but fair with the price. Assembling was normal, numbering the items are not labeled but easy to find out with instructions. My previous bed frame was so noisy so I bought this one and so happy with that.

Clean and good product, my one big gripe is the setup, the instructions are too vague and no parts are labeled correctly except for the screws. This all added 30 extra minutes on unnecessary problem solving

Ordered in queen and king. The king needed a steam iron on the seam in the headboard. The headboard comes in one piece folded in half. after about a week the wrinkles were still noticeable and a quick pass with the steam iron fixed it right up. Other than that it has performed as expected. A tad low for me and would be way too high if you put a box spring on, so... you will get what you get. I can live with it. Well made, easy to assemble with no mattress scooting. We have 3 of these and they all work great and look nice in the home.

headboard is bigger than the fixtures that are being provided, doesnot come with a instruction manual, basically it is your bed ,go figure out yourself .

Very quiet bed and good support. 1 star off because the center support eg doesn't touch the floor so I had to stick on a thick floor felt to raise it. Other than that it's perfect
