I bought 10 lights and will update the insect killer aspect of the light. I hope it kills, because we are experiencing a mosquito invasion right now. I want to see crispy insects!

These work great, although I’m almost positive these attract more bugs than my old lights. I’m not sure if the bugs like the light or what but it seems that more bugs are flying around than before. It does catch a lot of them though. Not too sure how well this product is working. The lights are very bright and blueish white.

Ok, so I bought 2 different "LED bug zapper bulbs" on Amazon.This one, came in a 2 pack and was cheaper per bulb. The other one which you can find by searching my reviews is much better.The light in this is noticeably bluer than the other wickooks more uv blacklightish.The other has much finer wires than the more robust looking "cage" that this bulb has.There is no indication that this bulb has killed a single bug, yet I use a compressor to blow the dead gnats out of the other one every couple days as it becomes clogged with dead gnats.Both bulbs are mounted on my screened porch.Will this one work for larger bugs such as mosquitos, maybe? Haven't seen evidence after 1 week of use of any bug killing.Will it kill house flies inside, maybe, I'll update this review when I find out.

This mosquito light has helped keep the mosquitos away from my back door, aka out of my house. Of course it doesn't keep them all away but I definitely notice a difference.

Quiet operation until fly gets zapped. Light provided does have the ultraviolet hue, but that's to be expected. Goes on of off without a problem. Works fine on wall switch control. Item does have weight over that of other bulbs, so that should be considered in placement. Might need to use 2 in an offsetting balance configuration.

Doesn't fit all light fixtures, only catches bugs if no other light source is on.

The bulbs came in a semi detached condition. One bulb had its crown pressed in our of square. The 2nd came completely detached, just laying in the box. Could have been caused by being shipped in a lightly cushioned envelope. Next they do not operate correctly. Supposed to have 3 settings. The bug only light will not turn on reliably as the two remaining light settings do not. It’s more like on and off. Again I believe it’s due to not being wrapped safely for shipping.

Not the best product out there... it did kill some bugs but when I was screwing it into the light socket, it fell apart and was a little fearful I was going to get shocked.
