The good: This ZOSI C298 PoE system is a robust, somewhat beginner-friendly security solution that balances tracking features with a simplified setup. It uses a "fixed + rotating" lens combo. The fixed lens monitors a wide area constantly, while the PT (Pan-Tilt) lens can be setup to track moving people or vehicles, effectively giving you 360° coverage without blind spots. You get 2.5K (4MP) resolution, which is sharper than 1080p. It also can feature Color Night Vision up to 30 meters, so you aren't stuck with grainy black-and-white footage at night. The system differentiates between humans/vehicles and "noise" (like blowing leaves) to reduce false alarms. It can also trigger a sound and light alarm to scare off intruders automatically. "Plug and Play" means one Ethernet cable handles both power and data. The included 16-channel NVR comes with a 2TB hard drive, offering plenty of local storage without requiring a monthly cloud subscription. You can speak through the camera via the app, which is handy for giving instructions to delivery drivers or warning off trespassers. The bad: The NVR menu is not beginner-friendly. The IR technology is out dated and you can see the red lights. Newer IR technology does not show red lights. Color Night Vision up to 30 meters does not work on mine. The system shows moving goats as humans. The system shows falling debris/pollen as a moving vehicle if a vehicle is parked in front of the camera. System changes can only be made on the NVR and not the app. Support through Amazon email takes time. Playback time is slow to open using the app.

Started getting flaky and is unreliable. When I check in on it, I often find that it is not recording 24/7 and often, I cannot get it to appear in the app. Frustrating. Also, the camera movement is backward. Want to pan right, push the pan left button, etc. Sometimes, the lag time before it pans is insufferable. I do not recommend this camera.

Usa muchas cámaras pero esta me gusto mucho tiene muchas cosas super me encanto y le cliente quedo contento

Picture quality is pretty decent, haven't figured out how to test the sound quality yet, but will try to update later. Night vision is pretty good too.

Estas camaras las compre en agosto del año pasado,no tienen un año aún, ya hay dos cámaras que la lente fija no le funciona,he comprado varios sistemas y camaras de esta marca,diría que 35%de ellos a fallado en poco tiempo,sin contar desconeciones,fallas en la reproducción de video,no veo una imagen 4k buena,ect..ya no mas zosi.

the first rain we get in one of the cameras burnt up no good out of order so much for being weatherproof
