10 out 10 definitely should buy if u don’t wanna spend more than 300$
I’ve tried over 9 different headphones within one month and I find this one the best when rounded up to all factors compared to all others I have tried alsoAudio quality 8 out of 10 and sound as good as the nova pro wirelessComfort- 8 out of 10 feels like putting soft pillow on my earsI got the headset in prime day deal with 140bucks so by far the best under 300 and I’m currently using an artic nova pro wireless and I find this on par with the nova pro wireless and quality is definitely 9-10And for under 200 bucks it has 2.4ghz and Bluetooth and the size of the headset feels like someone came to my room and measured my head while I was asleepIt’s a perfect fit and not too big and not too tight works really well with my glasses which are considered thick it doesn’t really feel like it’s pressing against the glasses and if u find This under 150$it’s value: money is 10000 out of 10 for sure but still even at 240$ definitely afantastic headsetjust wish mic is as good as cloud 3s or delta 2

Alienwware cooked on this one, sound taste sooo good!
What can I say, probably the best sounding "gaming headset" I have owned ever, I would dock a point for the passable mic quality, while it doesn't suck...it sounds fine for typical game chat and some voice over....just not as clear as it should be considering the price and the sound quality. Capable of high stereo bit rate or just dolby atmos, sound is amazing, clear, clean bass and good sound stage for a closed back headphone. Also includes, noise cancelling and ambient aware sound, like I mentioned, sound is amazingly clear and ive tried them all, even more expensive headsets...just too bad alienware skipped mic day and gave us a semi decent mic quality.Other notable feature is Bluetooth capable, while not at the same time a 2.4ghz, still a nice add for music listening or movies...the looks and build of the headsets are much cleaner and appealing coming from Alienware, so wearing them out won't be too out of place. Build and fitment is great with good clamping force, size is average and my 2 cents might not be great for larger heads. A couple of hours of game time and fitment is great with little ear/head pressure, weight is non issue.Over all, sound is so great I will give it a 5 star, even with a step down mic. Also, you dont really need to install alienware command center, not to really benefit from it other than a couple of settings.

Very solid headset, probably the best at its price for all uses!
Overall, I really like this product and think it's the most usable multifunction headset.Build:The build quality is solid. The ear cups are plastic, but nothing on the headset feels like it's going to fall off. It feels well made and durable. Solid. The only thing I don't like is the Alienware logo, but that's preferenceSound:With the adapter, there's a very light hiss in the background. However, when music is playing or anything like that, it is completely inaudible. It's really only audible when silent. It sounds really good. The base is nice, you can easily tell where footsteps are, and it has a really nice range. I can use it anywhere in my house. The built-in mic is very mediocre, the boom mic is much more usable. Sound canceling is obviously not as good as Sony or Apple airpods, but it is perfectly usable on a plane and gets rid of most of the engine sounds and other such things.I really like that it is very quick to switch from Bluetooth to adapter, you slide the toggle and within 5 seconds it reconnects to the other one. It does not mix the two at the same time, you cannot be listening to your computer and take a Bluetooth phone call, but I knew that when I bought it so it's not a problem. The battery life is amazing as well, I don't think I've heard the low battery sound more than once or twice the entire time I've owned it. I do not plug it in every night, it's not necessary.

Tight headset/Great sound
Sound was great, but the headset was too tight. Hurt my ears/back of my head. If you have a small head these might be great for you.

Excellent all around quality and excellent price
I’m not a hardcore gamer/computer guy. I got these headphones on a whim, because of the price difference compared to Dell website, for casual gaming (TF2, Elden Ring, Elder Scrolls). First day I am actually blown away by how good they sound. I am very impressed with the active noise canceling which works wonders. The headphones themselves are very comfortable and look great. As I write this I am using them paired to my phone to listen to music. This headset is actually very great in my opinion and I am very happy I took the plunge in buying them.

Disappointed but in comfort
I have been using the headset for a couple of months. They are extremely comfortable and the sound is normally good. The install of the software is easy to work with.I however often get crackling in the headset that can be consistent or goes away for several days. I also have issues with the microphone cutting out while talking software like discord. This issue becomes more frequent when the battery gets low.The wireless distance you can walk away from the computer before losing connection is also fairly low.In addition, the noise cancelation mode gives me an almost instant headache (not joking or being dramatic, I can hear the waves/sound it uses to cancel the surrounding noise). To update the headset, I must plug the headset in and turn it off. Sadly, when you plug the headset in it stays on, soooooo I have not been able to find a way to have it off and plugged in at the same time. Resources say to push and hold the off button, but I have an off/on switch which I can not hold only put into the off position, which does nothing.I reached out to Dell for help, but they refused to help me solve the issues since I bought it “3rd party” (on Amazon) and requested for me to go to a local store which sold dell products for help….For the price of the headset, this should not be an issue. Take $120 bucks off the price and I may suggest getting these to others.
