Can I charge these batteries on Durrcel charger?

Only if they are rechargeable batteries as otherwise they can explode at the worse. It looks like they are standard AA batteries BUT you can buy rechargeable AA batteries

Pau is correct - mAh is battery capacity and actually depends on how fast they are discharged, but is normally around 1100 for an alkaline AAA. Whether it is rechargeable or not, it will still have a nominal capacity.

Anyone's batteries still lasting?

These batteries, for the price, last long enough to, for instance, run a clock for more than a year, or a kiddies toy until they get fed up of it! Good value.
