It is based around non-wheat flakes such as quinoa, amaranth and buckwheat , together with a wide variety of nuts, and apple pieces. It also contains yacon, which is a tasty root vegetable that tastes a little like watermelon and is considered a "super-food" because it has pre-biotic and antioxidant properties, as well as containing particular fruit sugars that add sweetness with fewer calories.
