Quality good, comfort good. Stability awesome and it was easy to set up.

The style and durability is awesome I love that I can lay the chair back for facials, it saves from having to pull my massage table out. It’s sturdy for the most part i will say the recliner part tends to loosen up after use especially on after an adult has reclined back. The material is easy to clean the foot step is wide enough . I love my chair only thing missing is vibration but you can add a vibration pad with heat to make it even more relaxing. Putting together was easy i do recommend someone assist just to get even set up. It’s a little uncomfortable

Nice looking chair BUTTTT!!
The chair is nice but the hydraulic pump came messed up on the chair. I put it together a few months later after I purchased it when I got my barber shop together. I've been trying to reach out to them to get the hydraulic pump replaced and the seller won't return my information. I keep trying to reach out to them to figure out how to buy the part separately. Thankfully they did get back to me and they did send me a new hydraulic pump free of charge. They didn't give me a hard time. I bought six chairs from them and they have been working. It's been a year pretty good so far 👍🏽

Need a few tools to put together, very stable, takes about an hour or less to put together.. very satisfied❤️

They do not want their products back!
At this point, I am writing this review to warn other customers to not shop with this seller or purchase this product. I have purchased more than one of the item and they are not worthy of being purchased by anyone else. They look nice! But are cheaply manufactured, which is why they cannot withstand every day use I have not even had these chairs for 30 days before initial problems occurred. Then I had to go back-and-forth with the seller only to STILL not get my money back about for the chairs. This is unacceptable. I have not been refunded by Amazon either. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Don’t buy!
Horrible purchase. Not very sturdy. Pump doesn’t work. However, the chair is beautiful.
