Amy Bento never breaks the intensity or rhythm by slowing down to "teach" a pattern. Instead, she just keeps layering in new combinations and options (fortunately, her excellent form, cue-ahead instruction, - and the 15-minute pre-workout tutorial - make it all doable). The transitions are super-smooth; your feet always seem to end up in the right place for the next combo. The moves are athletic and complex, but never "dancy."
