The taste would easily make this 3 Star purchase a 5 Star purchase if it wasn’t for the size and price. Don’t get me wrong this one of the best jerkies I have ever had in my life, however it’s only 2 oz ?! This could not even tickle my stomach. Jerky is meant to be snacked on, not dished around like a sampler at the mall. Please make bigger sizes, we sure are paying you enough to do it. I would go out and hunt to make my own but sadly my career has other plans for me.

First off I would like to say that this jerky does taste very good,I won't knock that they did produce a very good tasting product.What I will say is the elk,bison,and venison Al taste the same! My wife even blind folded me cut some pieces and served them too me and all three tasted the same! Even my wife,who is a city gal and never had wild game before, completely agreed that they all tasted the same. My best friend agreed as well.As someone who has lived from the great plains of South Dakota to the sprawling mesas of southern Colorado I was raised on elk,bison,and venison and while this is a tasty product it falls quite short from the stuff you get after the first day of hunting season. They should not smoke it all in the same house nor use the same dry rub seasonings across the entire product line and they def should not use the same type of wood to smoke each type of meat.Sorry but for the price I paid 25 bucks is quite steep for universal tasting jerky I am going to have to give it a C-

This is not true jerky. It is throughly cooked through instead of just smoked and dehydrated. It is like pot roast that has become dried out. It is also overly salty. Disappointed.

Great taste, a little salty, not enough product for the price. Would buy again at a lower price.
