I received this order on the date promised. Since receipt of this item 4 days ago, I’ve been using this device twice daily for 10 minutes. Already, I see marked improvement in fine lines, texture, lifting and overall improvement. Today (day 5), the device’s vibration aspect is inconsistent. Hence, the 4 star reviews. I am concerned that this device may be short lived in its ability to perform all of its features (such as the massage/vibration feature). I’m hoping this was a one time incident and the device will work smoothly during the next treatment. It truly works! With many of these devices, the life is short lived - I hope that is not the case with this one. When it works - it works!

This item feels nice, but tends to hesitate while using. I've only had it for 2 weeks, and even after full charge, it will hesitate/stop in the middle of use. I bought another device called "Luminique" last year...same thing happened...until it completely STOPPED! I will be returning this item. Pretty lights, but doesn’t do what it claims!
