Great for kids b/c of the varied settings.
I ended up buying one of this for every member of my family when they went on sale. Great battery life, good sized resevoir, the attachments are easy to install, and it does a great job cleaning. It also survived two airplane trips in my checked bags just fine. I had to get this one for my daughter b/c the normal model of this is too strong, so the level 1 or 2 is great for a beginner child with these. No leaks, works great.

Powerful, Adjustable, and Great for Travel
I’ve been using the COSLUS E40 Portable Water Flosser for a short time now, and the performance has been impressive. The 10 pressure settings make it easy to customize depending on sensitivity, especially if you have braces or sensitive gums. Even on the mid-range settings, it provides a strong, steady stream that feels effective at removing debris between teeth. It gives a much cleaner feeling compared to traditional floss alone. The cordless, portable design is a major plus. It’s compact enough for travel and doesn’t take up much counter space. The water tank is easy to fill and clean, and the controls are simple to use. I also appreciate that it’s BPA-free, which adds peace of mind for something used daily. The battery life has been solid so far, lasting multiple uses before needing a recharge.

Hard to beat for the price!
The function of the flosser works fine but like other reviews that I read the weak point is the swivel wheel at the top for higher or lower pressure it tightens over time and use where it makes it difficult to spin that to your desired setting also the weak point on the unit is definitely the charging port and the rubber insert what's tends to get wet even after one use I've mitigated some of the damage by taking a q-tip with some Vaseline around the edge of the rubber insert. You're good? Battery life excellent functionality of the actual flosser to floss excellent. The price excellent. Use it drain it turn it on and clear the water out of the top without the nozzle and serve it and dry off the charging port and leave it open between uses close it before the next use try to avoid getting water around the charging port otherwise throw it away and buy another one for the price you can get three to one for the more expensive chargers and for that it deserves four stars.

Great for Gums! Bad Charger System
Review for: COSLUS Portable Water Flosser for Teeth: 10 Pressure Settings Professional Water Dental Pick for Orthodontic, Braces & Sensitive Gums - Cordless for Travel Use, for Adults Teens, BPA-Free, W40(WFP14) Update: After using this device for several months I can say there has been nothing that has helped my gums more than using this water flosser. I have had no problems at all with it, other than the jet being quite strong. My gums are in much better condition now, though the flosser does still sometimes cause a little bleeding. I have not found anything better for cleaning under my bridges, much better than normal floss. I do still use floss every day, and this device every day. I store it on it's side so no issue with water staying inside the control knob. Changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars despite the rather stupid charging cord (why not use a normal USB C connector?). Original Review: This thing sure has a powerful water jet! OK, just starting out and using lower power settings. I am finding that the flosser does what it is supposed to do. No issues there. Strong settings do cause some pain, and it is easy for the power dial to be moved to a different setting so be sure to check every time you use the flosser. Strong settings causing pain? Yes indeed! Set to high and pointed at my hand left me wondering if the water jet would break the skin on my hand, it is that strong. Low settings are great though. Maybe after a few months use I can set it higher, or maybe no need... The charger system is not well designed and they take the cheapskate route of not including the actual charger, just a cord. That is what most companies do these days, but what makes this one particularly bad is although the cord requires a USB A power supply, the other end only works with this device. This means you must keep track of yet another charging cable instead of the manufacturer using a standard USB C connector on the flosser. Stars off for the charging system, for sure. Cleaning? Good luck. The (extremely fine print) instructions say to clean and dry the flosser for storage. How on earth are we expected to clean and dry a water tank that only has one 1/2 inch hole for access? Instructions also say to be sure to drain water out of the speed control ever use. I am guessing that there will be some nasty build up in there after a time. Charging port? Instructions say we must not get water in the charging port. Many other devices with USB C connectors are at least somewhat water resistant. Stars off for these things. Overall, the flosser works, cleans my teeth as intended. My gums feel better after using on low power for a week. So, the score is flossing function, 5 stars, everything else is somewhat disappointing. For the price, I am happy enough with this unit. Not sure other, more expensive flossers would be much better, but I have not tried them... If I find issues with this flosser in the future, my review will be updated.

Good to have 10 settings
I’ve been using this device for about four months now, ever since my general dentist recommended I buy it. I typically use it after brushing and flossing; since it still manages to dislodge food particles even then, I feel confident that it’s doing a good job. Unfortunately, I dropped it while draining the water, and the lid attachment broke off. For the time being, I’ve simply flipped the unit upside down and am holding the lid in place manually, so I’m still able to use it. I really appreciate that it offers multiple intensity levels. Initially, I was using it on settings like 5 or 7; however, after seeing an endodontist, it appeared that this might have inadvertently deepened my gum pockets, so I’ve since switched to using it on a lower setting—specifically 2 or 3. I’ve also found that using the nozzle attachment with the built-in brush feels gentler on my gums, so that’s the one I’ve been using most recently.

Good Product/Well-Made/Fair Price
So far, the flosser is working as hoped for/expected. The variable pressure settings control is a nice/greatly appreciated feature and the constructions seems to be really good. NOTE...I have a large tank water flosser that I use at home and bought this one to take with me on trips. Even though it doesn't give the same levels of intensity as my home flosser and the longer run time on each tank fill, the smaller size and cordless features make it really good for trips and while camping. If it holds up and acceptable amount of time, I'd buy again if/when needed and recommend to others. I felt like the price was fair.
