This is the 5% Truffled sea salt, not 10% which is great if you wanted the 5%
Thought I was buying 10% not the 5% black truffle based on the photo. Do not let my error become yours. The black jar is 10% and the GREY jar is 5%. I stupidly only glanced at the photograph and failed to read the %.Other than my mistake, this is a lovely product. I have probably purchased 3 or 4 of this brand over the years. Consistently good.

Don't buy this stuff!
I like flavored salts. I ordered the truffle flavored salt. I don't know what flavor it is, but it is not truffle and it tastes horrid.I wish there had been a sample of this, but there is not. Bad tasting stuff!

Worth every penny.
This product surpassed my expectations. I've been using it for several months, putting it on everything from potatoes to pizza and eggs, and it's not only delicious, the flavor has lasted up to this point. Even though the truffle flakes are fewer now than when it was new, the taste is there. Compared to truffle oil, this is by far the best deal for those who enjoy black truffle flavor. Most of the oils use artificial flavor. This is the real deal. Highly recommended.

The best I've tried
I've used this product for 2-3 years, tried others, and this is the best of them. It is 10% truffle, is small grained, easy to sprinkle, and the taste is not only wonderful, it remains infused in the salt til the last pinch is gone. Try it on softly scrambled eggs - I put mine in a fresh, warm flour tortilla - and you will never wonder again what to have for lunch. Then you will discover how it lifts a dish from pedestrian to exceptional. Creamed soups of all types, simple non-tomato sauced pastas, baked chicken, fish, can all be raised to the next level. Just don't succumb to using it on everything! You'll be tempted.

Ah-mazing!
I bought this in the store and I cant believe it got even one bad review! I have ordered various truffle oils, all of which were a huge disappointment. This salt is incredible! I put it on everything! Pizza, sandwiches, Edamame, I LOVE IT!
