i had this belt on last night < this morning before work and will have on when i get out and before bed....i just received it so im gona try it! ive been on a strict diet, no sweets, no junk foods, work out with cardio 25 min a day, dropped 38 lbs in almost 4 months, so see how it goes for the belly to help its not huge just if i can get some more off hey im good with it! will let u know in 30 days if i see a difference

Love the coolness!
I don't know if this is helping with my waist or not, but I love how it cools me down when wearing it, especially with how hot it has been lately (90's) I dropped a star because it does not stay frozen or cool for very long. It is nice and thin, so you can wear it under some bulkier clothing if you would like to venture out with it on.

Icinger Power Ice Pack Leaked all over after less than a few uses!
Sent the manufacturer photo of the Icinger Power ice pack leaking from a certain spot. Followed their instructions carefully but it still leaked. I threw away the entire item since it leaked throughout the entire belt. Will never buy again.

Needs a stronger cover
Ok product - sits in the right place on the body but the blue cover cracks when frozen and you adjust it - mine is now leaking clear gel in two different places

Works, but comes with dangers.
I was very optimistic about this product, because i tried everything else to lose my tummy fat, The problem is after about 1 week of leaving on for about 30 minutes every day i got stomach pains, and it also started to affect my kidneys which was a little scary!Please be careful and get advise before use.
