Went on a water hike dropped my phone in water about 5 seconds before I got out water, I took case off let dry thinking it would be forever damaged it still works and still has full charge highly recommend this product.

This is a poor product. The point of failure is the charge point inside the case. It’s too brittle. And when it starts having issues it messes with your phone. You have phantom charging and performance issues and high heat for no reason. Do not buy this product. I want my money back.

I have music playing all day, everyday. from my phone to my headphones at work, my stereo in my car, or my stereo at home. So it’s been nice to have the extra battery power. It’s came in handy for me.

I bought it was pretty good people complaining that don’t buy it because the outlet port has issues NO you just didn’t follow instruction and you force your phone and then you broke it stop!!!! read the instruction and you’ll be fine

My phone literally never dies. Charging takes a bit longer but you’re getting 3x the capacity as usual.

It gets the job done when your phone is completely on 1%. Charges it all the way up to 100 but after that you’ll have to charge the pack up again. I just try to keep my phone charged so I don’t have to use it except for emergencies

I am extremely disappointed with this product. The first one I bought stopped working after only three weeks! I thought it was just a manufacturing defect, so I got a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement only lasted 9 months before breaking and completely stopping to work. This is a pattern of bad quality. I highly recommend avoiding this product, do not waste your money!

After 2 weeks it would not charge anymore

Did not fit my IPhone 16 Pro. Not even close. Having to return it.
