I expected the time release that desolves under the tongue because I use it for when I'm exercising ut this didn't its easy to swallow and value for the money.

Tiny pills easy to swallow. They work just fine. Best value for the money. I will buy again.

The recomended Daily Value or DV for vitamin B12 is 2.4 mcg. This product is 1000 mcg in a timed release formula, more than 400 times the recommended DV. Many other B12 products are even stronger than this one. I found this product to be too strong for me and had to stop taking it after about 2 weeks. I suffer from tinitis and high blood pressure, and this product seemed to make things worse. There is nothing wrong with the quality of this product. It just didn't work for me because the DV is too high.

Having written a severe criticism of yesterday's Amazon delivery (rather than USPS or UPS), which stands, it behooves me to be equally laudatory with today's delivery which was all that a customer would desire. Hope this continues with tomorrow's expected delivery.

I have low iron and take these daily. They don’t have a taste and are so tiny you can take the little pill without water if you had to. I’ve also realized that my finger nails are actually less brittle now as well.
