Working at a desk all day can 150% lead to slouching and poor posture/back pains etc. I was talking with a friend who was dealing with this exact problem so we looked on amazon for some different devices and he settled on this. After giving it to him and letting him try it for a week or so he sent me a text, "my posture has started to improve which I believe has lead to a decrease in my back pains" - so for the price I think this is a great buy if you're looking for device to help with the goal of improving your posture!

I personally suffer with bad posture due to hyperlordosis (extreme lower back arch) and am constantly in a lot of pain from it. I've only been wearing the Posture Corrector for two days and already notice such a huge difference in my posture. It keeps my shoulders back/upright, and my spine nice and tight, providing proper posture and a huge relief of pain in my lower back. Its easy to put on/wear, super comfortable, and very supportive. I dont feel restricted at all while wearing it, and after getting used to wearing it, i forget it was even on. I highly recommend this product to anyone, especially if you are lacking proper posture !

I love this! My shoulder had been killing me for quite some time. Due to aging and muscle loss my shoulders were sagging and causing pain right down to my hip. I used this for two days and am no longer in pain.

As I sit here and write this review, I have on my Posture Corrector. This is the second time, second day that I've been using it and I would recommend it to everyone. Why? No matter what you are doing during the day, you are standing or sitting for a prolonged period of time, both in which eventually will bring out poor posture and form. As the day goes on, we begin to get lazy and "how we are sitting or standing" is the last thing on our minds, when most of us are just trying to find coffee or ways to get through the rest of our day. I will speak for myself, I am a licensed massage therapist and a certified personal trainer, both in which I am up on my feet majority of the day. As far as A massage therapist, that is some heavy duty labor work, and bad posture is a habit when it comes to this occupation, unfortunately, because we are just focusing on relieving [ain from our client, forgetting about our own pain, in which likely comes from out posture! I HIGH RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR MOST, IF NOT ALL, ESP LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPISTS!

Purchased what was supposed to be the right size, but it just didn't fit or work. The velcro straps would seem to make it more adjustable but they don't. The velcro doesn't fasten all the way around so it doesn't allow necessary adjustment. Contacting Amazon to return.

I suffer terribly from arthritis in my neck and shoulders.I spend lots of hours in front of the computer. I feel that this corrector improves my posture. Using it almost one week but already see the result.
