The bracelets were fantastic and look great but the app was horrible. The app drained my battery, disconnected everytime I opened anything else on my phone, it kept closing Spotify and YouTube, I couldn't answer calls and my Google keyboard kept glitching.

Chain is incredibly uncomfortable had it for a few days and my husbands already broke

The app required for these to work sets off alarms on my androids. It can't find either bracelet and requires you to update to a version that is not compatible. Got this as a gift for my wife before a valentine day vacation. I'm now scrambling to find something else.

It doesn't work at all it has to have the right kind or phone to even connect.

I love the concept. And they are beautiful but you can’t get them tight enough so the emblem just flops around and presses the button. The back already fell off of the black one. Doesn’t actually respond. Maybe I got a pack of faulty ones but they definitely weren’t worth it.

Physically these look like very nice bracelets and I was excited to receive them. However, the instructions in the box said the app was on the play store but the QR code instead linked to a random .cn download. This is just very unsafe for device security. It should be common knowledge that side loading apps is unsafe. I found this very disturbing. I messaged the seller to ask what the name of the app is and received no reply.I say all of this to say this device should be viewed as unsafe to you as consumer and should not be purchased

It is hard to put on with the clasp it has and it was really loose on my arm. You have to keep the app open for them to connect too
