I purchased these earbuds as an inexpensive alternative to my over the ear headphones. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, and how comfortable they are to wear. I generally do not love earbuds because I have small ear, canals, and just about everything becomes irritating after a while, but I have worn these for hours at a time And not been uncomfortable. I love that there are three modes, including noise canceling, noise, canceling off, and be aware. Each of these modes can be used at a different time and for different reasons. The controls are easy to figure out, and it takes a little more than a tap of the finger to make adjustments. I love that they are so easy to use. The battery life is a lot longer than I expected, also. In fact, I was headed out on a long road trip when I realized I had forgotten to charge them. I had been using them for two weeks pretty regularly, so I knew I was going to be disappointed shortly into the trip because they would run out of charge, but They lasted four hours longer than I expected them to. I love that. They have the hook over the top of the ear, so the pressure in the ear canal is not nearly as great. They connect Simply, they adjust easily, and they are much more functional than the more expensive brands that I have tried and returned. It doesn’t hurt that I love the hot pink color, too.

I love these! They have an amazing sound quality and battery life! Color is super cute too! So much a better price than those higher priced options that come in a white case (IYKYK)Also, my ear canals are very small and the optional small rubber ear tips fit great with the added benefit of the hook over the ear - soft and comfortable and sound great! Nothing not to love!

I don't care for earbuds, but I needed something for work that was a little stealthier than my headphones. I'm not sure why I picked these, but I'm glad I did. I think it's partly because I've had good experiences with JLab.These earbuds fit well and haven't fallen out yet. I'm on my feet all night and move around a lot. The only time they try to loosen up is when I'm chewing food, but even then they mostly stay in place.The controls are...different and took some getting used to. A little sensitive at first, but I got used to them by the end of the first night. I learned that there's a trick to making the control function smoothly.The earbuds sound pretty good. My hearing isn't what it used to be, but they're plenty loud for me. They come with some basic EQ settings that work just fine in my opinion. There is a custom EQ setting, but I'm guessing you need the app to adjust them. I haven't downloaded the app yet.The case fits nicely in my cargo pants pocket and is hardly noticeable. The case itself functions as a portable charging unit, which I didn't realized when I ordered them. Pretty cool! The battery life on the earbuds themselves is slightly low in my opinion, but with the portable charging case, this is a non-issue for me.Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase so far. I would give it five stars, but I rarely (if ever) rate anything five starts. I haven't had them long enough to rate their durability. As long as you're not doing anything extreme while wearing them, like boxing or getting your head kicked in, they seem like they should last.

First, I love j lab headphones but the ANC4 suck. The shape is weird and it doesn't fit quite right in your ear. The battery life of each ear is 4 hours which sucks for a 10 hour work day. Also these have a bad habit of stopping my music or podcasts to let me know the Bluetooth is connected every 10 mins. I had to disable the touch controls because they are way too sensitive. These headphones suck. Go with the original ANC model. Anc4 are terrible and I already bought the original ANCs.

If you ever used Apple products, this is not for you. I have been using Apple airpods pro on my runs but they kept falling of my ears due to sweat. So, I finally gave in and bough these over the ear ones. Compared to Apple, the quality of the sound in these is absolutely awful. It's like I am all of a sudden back in the 80s kind of quality. But, they serve the purpose and unlike many others, they have a transparency mode. The ANC is also not what I am used to with airpods but it will suffice.Pros:~ noise cancellation can be turned on and off~ they don't hurt the ears~ battery lifeCons:~ quality of the sound~ impossible to adjust without touching the touch pad stopping the music~ very difficult to adjust the volume right while running with sweaty hands. Who thought the sliding touch was a good idea?All in all, they do the trick and work as suppose to.

This was a great buy. The fit well the sound was great. Then it wasn’t. Only using it twice on a trip, it didn’t last the whole flight and the sound kept dropping in one ear, then coming back again. So disappointing because I was really excited to use them. When the noise cancellation was on, one earbud kept screeching, very annoying. It was very difficult to adjust with the touching the earbud.
