Received the blower on the day we had a snow storm that left 7 inches of snow on the ground. The blower handled the snow with ease. It even handled the foot deep packed snow the plow left at the driveway entrance. I just took about a six inch pass.

I bought this last year. Live in Chicago proper. We just got about 2-3 inches of slush snow. Used this for the first time and its performance was terrible.The plug comes loose extremely easily. You can negate this, but it is rather annoying. Product is cheaply made; snow blower is designed so you can make ergonomic adjustments, but they come loose so, so easily. The piece that allows you to make adjustments as to where the snow blows also broke. This is all during my first ever use.More importantly, this thing struggled significantly handling about 2-3 inches of slush snow. Most of the time it just blew the snow on the floor. I do not recommend this product to anyone who sees real snowfall. This is a cheap product that is made cheaply. If I could return it, I would.

Have owned this for a year, and did a few 6" snows with this. It just died this morning with a fairly wet 6" stack of snow we received overnight. Disappointed.

I used it twice and then it broke. I can't seem to find out how to get my money back.

Motor burned out after 1 use. It wasn’t a huge amount of snow or anything. I definitely would not recommend buying this one.

Good value for the price point and very helpful customer service, when I called with a question.
