Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Good well made monopod with feet that doubles as a tripod. Legs extend on feet and there is height adjustment as well. Attach the monopod stick and you have a pretty stable setup with flip locks that are so much better that twist locks. Pan head is ok its plastic it's not a fluid head so don't expect to much. It's made well and easy to use and really versatile. I'm not worried about putting my mirrorless or point n shoots or dslr on here. There is a minor slight wobble on the base but that may be remedied with a washer. I screwed everything tight. Yours may vary. I like it it's a solid monopod with better feet that can also be used as a mini tripod. Its lightweight and seems secure. No issues.Update: Flipped the monopod around so the grip is on top. Added a washer to the base to fill in the gap and add more stability. When doing this be mindful of the top screw and position it to where theres plenty of thread going into the base as well as the pan head. There is no stop so the screw will go all the way in if you don't stop.

Ready to support your camera much faster than a tripod. This is assuming you leave the tripod feet attached and don't separate them from the monopod until your shooting session is over. It would be nice to have a shoulder strap to carry it around while shooting. Well built and hopefully will last.

Good for a support while you are holding the tripod. I would not trust anything standing on its own over the size of a gopro. I have used it with a dslr but only for help in stabilizing.

Good and Cheap Stands! I use these for Small Panasonic G7 Video. These aren’t heavy duty but they do the job. I wanted to pack lite.
