GZ360 360 HD Security Camera, Black

Cheap and a lot smaller than I expected. The concept is neat with the 360 view, but the product and software is buggy. I finally had to give up on it when after less than a week, it would no longer arm. I would arm it, exit, go back in and it would be unarmed. I restarted a few times to no avail. A factory reset might work, but I don't have time to play around with it. Bottom line is I need a higher quality and stable device. BTW - their support is pretty good if you need to call about an issue.

I was excited to be getting this camera and wanted some piece of mind.i dident get that at all,instead camera quit working after one hour.picture quality was ok well it worked.also there was about ten seconds of latency on the live feed.this is not the camera that will bring you piece of mind and reliability.spend your money on a different camera

Never worked properly, slow and unreliable. Two days ago it died, went black & white with very poor if any picture quality. Junk

Video quality needs a lot of work. I gues you get what you pay for.

The 360 camera stopped working after two months. The technical support via email is a disaster! I changed to Heimvision security cameras. Excellent quality camera, price and real person tech support!

I have called customer service so many times the guys knows my name and number - I am paying the extra money for storage of the videos and it does not take videos for me to review- -I feel sorry for the customer service guy because whatever is wrong with the camera is not something he can fix -- someone else has to fix it -- I call about every week trying to get the video hooked up -- I asked why it does not arm and disarm when I am entering or exiting the area - - he said they cannot get that to work so they are taking that option away - Awful awful product

They have terrible customer service, you can not speak to anyone and their emails are very hard to follow. I have ISO (iphone) and the auto arm stopped working, trying to understand how to correct the issues off of their instructions is like trying to solve the angel of the alignment of the Sun to the Moon back to the Earth and back to the Moon after it goes around Mars....it's freaking crazy!!! I loved it when I first got it.... but not so much now!

Never worked with my IPhone we tried with 4 different people's iPhones and it wouldn't work. Seemed to link up to androids bit the picture quality wasn't great
