I bought these Christmas, 2013, for my husband. I know a little bit about lighting, granted not as him. I figured this would help get him started with what he wants to do with them. He opened it and he loved it, he told me they were prefect and this was a prefect gift. I was expecting to get 85 watts bulbs, but they were 60 or 65 watts. He told me that brighter isn't always better, it's how the light reflects off of the umbrellas.Since he wasn't sweating over it I wasn't going too. I also mainly brought these just for the stands and umbrellas anyhow. He uses the lights quite a bit though, not a daily bases but whenever he has free times and or has a photo shoot. All in all I do feel that we got our moneys worth out of them.

This was really a great great great deal, two sets of umbrella lights in their own soft carrying case, complete with the right bulbs. I ordered two sets and both arrived in great condition, brand new, packaged well. If you are on a budget and want studio lights, grab these while they are around. Even if any malfunctions early, their price point still makes them awesome, especially with what one gets.

Adjustable lights, very bright white light and two of them! Have used for a while now and these are sturdy enough as long as you don't move them around too much. They'd be ok for a stationary studio or whatever. Get a set now if you ask me. I'd buy again.
