Q: can you use without the bin - just the bin bag - the bin is quite small i would like to use a bigger bin bag

Firstly the bin that comes with the item holds quite a lot of rubbish. I would not have wanted a bigger one. What you have to think of is, that with a bigger bin your rubbish would be sitting there under your worktops, fermenting and getting smelly!. This one you cannot have a bag, you have to buy those worktop bins that state they are for bin bags. Hope that helps
