The media could not be loaded. Hi, I've been using it for a while to stretch, it's easy to use I mostly use it to stretch my legs it comes with a door nob so you can use it on doors also. So far I like the product and I would recommend. Its an unbreakable stretcher so it won't break . Good to do yoga and it helps to enhance flexibility.

Fantastic ! Stretches the leg perfectly
The strap is really strong material.. move the D ring sideways to fit through the half rings in order to use. Door stopper to other side of door and close. Easy to use and gives a great stretch - very happy customer here and would fully recommend to others!
