This is a nice sized heating pad that is great for relaxing the shoulders and neck. I use it to calm muscle “knots” I get in my shoulders and neck. The auto shut-off is a great feature, it charges pretty quickly, and keeps the charge for many applications, making it a reliable way to manage muscle pain.

I bought this item for my wife who always seems to have neck and shoulder pain/issues. For whatever reason/s she was not a fan. I ended up returning the item. However, I thought to be I would take the item for a test drive for myself. I found this to be a product worthy of consideration. It worked as advertised, comfortable, relaxing and easy heating controls. As I said, I found this product to be “worthy” of consideration.

I really like this heating pad. I have a lot of neck issues and applying constant heat really helps. This has been a gamechanger. It gets hot enough if you keep it close to your neck (more on that in a minute). I am considering buying another one so I can swap them back and forth while the other is charging. And the broader upper back heat is a nice plus (though my need is for my neck). This was the only portable heating pad that I could find that seemed to really target the neck. The scarf-looking ones don't wrap up the neck well, in my opinion. So what would make this perfect? a) The velcro closure is too loose on my neck. In order to keep it wrapped to where the the heat stays warm on my neck and the unit doesn't slide due to the weight of the battery, I use a clip to keep it tight and in place. If they extended the reach of the velcro, it would address that. b) The proprietary battery charger is annoying. If it were a USB-C, I could plug it in anywhere without having to carry along the charger. Plus, then I could charge it in the car. c) Would be nice if I could swap out the battery easily, that way I could have a second battery charged and ready to swap when the first one dies. Again, I really like this, and it helps me significantly, but those shortcomings are what keeps this from 5 stars.

This heating pad is a much higher quality than I expected right down to the packaging..Great function options all of which work very well and I definitely appreciate the freedom of a cordless and rechargeable product. This heating pad is outstanding. PERIOD 🌞

This has good heat when set on high but most of it is centered along yhe back and neck area. I needed something for my shoulders so I was disappointed when I found the only way to get good heat on them was to turn it. This means only one shoulder gets the warmth needed. Also disappointed in the low and medium settings as they produce very little heat. If you need heating pad for your neck and spine area, this would be a good option though. I liked the ability to move around and the easy to use control panel.

I have been experiencing tension around my neck and shoulder area and bought this to apply heat to relax. Had a corded one before but it kept me tethered to the outlet. This battery powered one allows me freedom to roam around while the weight of the wrap keeps the heat focused on my neck and shoulders. I started taking this to work and I can honestly say that I easily contributed at least 5 sales for Comfytemp. This is the second Comfytemp device that I purchased and both are excellent. That being said, I do have 2 suggestions - first, in addition to heat, I wish it would vibrate to massage also. I have a lower back belt from this brand and it both heats and vibrates. Wish this one does as well. Second suggestion is I wished this uses a USB-C charger instead of what it comes with so I don't have to log the charger with me to work. Again, the other device I have uses USB-C to charge and it so much more convenient not having to carry a device specific charger around. Despite those 2 suggestions, I still give this a big thumbs up.

It was too heavy. Did not heat up as advertised. In order to get the heat up on my wifes neck, she had to tighten it like a choker. EXTREMELY uncomfortable. It also did not come up high enough on the back of her neck. needed to come up to the base of skull and did not. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Works great. It is soft and heavy all around your neck so you don’t have to worry about it coming up. 3 settings and a timer . Rechargeable. Love this. Will be needing it a lot
