This is really good tasting. I just add garlic and a tablespoon of mayo. Grate the garlic. Top with a little olive oil. Great for keto!!! I love it👍. I recommend it.

This eggplant dip is really good! I used to buy a different brand (also canned) from a local grocery store, but they stopped carrying it. I was so bummed and decided to look for an alternative. When I came across this brand, I was nervous to order because I thought it might not be as good as the previous one. Also, the reviews were all over the place. Well, I’m happy to report that this one is just as good, if not better, than the one I used to buy. It’s very authentic tasting and has an amazing grilled/smoky flavor, as it should. I don’t even find the need to add a bunch of extra stuff. I usually just sprinkle a little black pepper and drizzle some olive oil. Wonderful as a dip with so many things!

It tastes very good to me. The hummus is good too.

Good and healthy you might need to add some lemon juice or spicy according to your wishes

This is possibly the saltiest thing I have ever placed in my mouth, and I'm not exaggerating. I followed the instructions "to a T", and I still could not reduce the level of saltiness. I even added water, and that didn't help and only made it slimy. I cannot understand how his could be for human consumption right out of the can, just a 1/4 a cup of this can send your blood pressure up. And I think that its inaccurate to say that there are no preservatives, because the level of salt in the product is surely to extend its shelf life. Unfortunately, I've purchased several cans of this, and I don't know what to do with it. The instructions even say to add more salt and even lemon juice, but even without this its a serious waste of money. You are better off just eating a teaspoon of straight salt and adding smoked flavoring to get a similar result.

I am an Eggplant fan. This "Made in Lebanon" product has in fact very few ingredients: Grilled eggplant, Tahina, salt and citric acid. With a very low calorie content, it has a reasonable 80 gm of salt and 2 gm of carbs. The serving suggestion on the can suggest adding Lemon juice and salt to taste, olive oil and Pomegranate seed to garnish. I added some Parsley and Zaatar. One could eat the dip right out the can with Pita bread. I could the taste the Grilled eggplant, even a small bit here and there, the Tahina does not overwhelm the Baba. It is an excellent, delicious and healthy dip, surprisingly filling and ready to serve. With the expected Cortas quality, I would recommend this dip for any occasion.

I have a hard time finding Baba where I am. I ordered this because the price was good so figured nothing to lose. It is not bad but way to much lemon for me. I ended up adding a can of chick peas and pureed them and the Baba together. Baba hummus. Better but still tangy.

I add more tahini to this product. There are seeds in it so be prepared to strain them if you can’t eat seeds. The cans were all slightly dented even tho they are heavily wrapped in cling wrap

The cans arrived very well packaged. This Baba Ghanoush is delicious! Yummy!
